I offer a 30 minute free consultation so you have a chance to get to know me and I can get to know you. The therapeutic relationship is very important, and I want to allow you to see if we are a good fit before starting.

The duration of therapy varies from person to person. Some people may only need a few sessions, while others need more, and sometimes even years. I collaborate with my clients to see what best fits their needs.
